Black Tourmaline is part of the large Tourmaline family.

It has a rhombohedral crystal system. Tourmalines are complex silicates found in acidic rocks, exhibiting a glassy luster and a wide variety of colors. This mineral is characteristic of pegmatites.

Also known as "schorl," this common mineral is found in igneous and metamorphic rocks, as well as in high-temperature hydrothermal veins.

Its main deposits are located in Brazil, Madagascar, Namibia, China... and throughout the world.

• Take one full pipette ( = 3 pipettes strokes) of the Black Tourmaline Elixir each morning on an empty stomach.
• Hold the liquid under your tongue for 1 minute before swallowing.
• In the evening, just before bedtime, take one full pipette of the "Amber" Elixir, following the same instructions. This will gently support the work of Black Tourmaline.
• Continue taking both elixirs daily until the bottles are finished.
